On the evidence, Duncan said the defendant wrapped his arms around Castillo's legs while the victim had his upper body over the defendant's back. He was then lifted, mainly, if not completely off the ground. He was propelled backwards, not just upended. He had no control and couldn't resist. He was then "slammed" backward into the ground.

He said he was unaware he had injured Castillo and denied boasting he had "pile-driven him as hard" as he could into the ground, as the referee testified he overheard him say after ejecting him from the game for swearing following the illegal tackle


This is murder.

This kid deserves the mandatory 25 years in jail.

But they're letting him walk away with a pat on the wrist.

And they wont even publish his name. Because they're afraid we might be ticked with him because he's WANTONLY RUNNING AROUND KILLING ANYONE HE LIKES JUST BECAUSE HE CAN'T CONTROL HIS TEMPER !!!

People like this need the death penalty , not to be protected by the Law.

It's as if the courts of the land are saying "Go Ahead. Kill anyone you like. You're under eighteen , we'll make sure you get away with it."

I'm desgusted.
