Rogers also had a special process to help with child sexual exploitation investigations by confirming a customer's name and address when provided with a computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address. This would allow police to obtain a search or arrest warrant.

Thanks to the police's ever growing need to access your records at any price, they will now begin accusing each and every rogers customer as a child abuser , so that they can get at your records.  You may rest assured that in this age of hackers , all of those false accusations will quickly become public knowledge , so anyone who's a rogers customer will now be subject to the same kind of black mail as those from the Ashley Madison web site hack. 

   Except you didn't actually have the fun of committing the crime , you're going to be black mailed , humiliated , lose your job, the works, for something you didn't do.
